Desirable Northeast Pensacola just off Scenic Hwy corridor Coventry Estates was developed to enjoy and be one with nature. This neighborhood has stood the test of time while allowing you to feel like your a million miles away from the hustle and bustle when you are actually just minutes from anything that matters. No through streets, a healthy diverse neighborhood nestled amongst towering oaks overlooking the bay is the best Pensacola has to offer. This roomy four bedroom home is especially considerate of the parents with a split floor plan with a huge 25' x 13' master bedroom with sitting room. The master bath has double vanities with a walk in closet on one side and the private areas on the other with a a faux finish. The common areas are also very well sized with carpet, wood laminate, tile complimenting neutral colors. For casual relaxation the den has a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth. The eat in kitchen has endless cabinet storage, a stainless steel frig, a newer gas stove / oven with a second built in oven and microwave. The lot is .44 acre which is almost all backyard.
