We have several apartments and also houses available at www.MalinApts.com You can also call directly at CALL Richard at 310-598-9555This property has recently been remodeled by new owners and new management. There are over 10 units currently available, all currently being remodeled. Upstairs, downstairs, etc. Lots of choose from, don't miss out! Apartments are RARELY available on this street, come take a look and you'll understand why. Central location, near lots of shops on Crenshaw Blvd too. Most units come with parking for 1 car, and there is also coin operated laundry machines on site for convenience. Most units have been remodeled with brand new laminate wood floors (gorgeous!) and also new designer paint, with white trim moldings. The counters in the kitchens are new granite, and some units have bar tops to sit and eat breakfast or have a drink. Brand new appliances are provided with each unit, both a stove and fridge, usually in stylish black finish. The stove and heater are gas. Tenant pays gas and electric. Owners pays water and trash. All the kitchen knobs, light switches, door knobs, and most fixtures are brand new-- don't settle for a dirty old apartment for a higher price! Come see to believe. Living rooms mostly have ceiling fans to keep cool in the summer, and also have wall heaters to keep warm in the winter. The bedrooms mostly have floor to ceiling mirror closet doors with above average size closets.The parking on this street is pretty easy, and most apartments get 1 off street space included, and pedestrian access is open. There is ample lighting all over the property in common areas, it is very well lit at night time.Location Details: Near 10 freeway with easy access all over LA, this is truly a central location. Also near the USC Campus and Football Coliseum and Science Center and Space Shuttle Endeavor! and the new Expo Light Rail Line is just blocks away too. This is next to 90007, 90018, 90019, 90016, Downtown LA, Staples Center, Korea town, fairfax, the grove, la brea, must see! Check location on the map, it's close! It takes 25 minutes on most days to get to Santa Monica to the beach, or Long Beach, SMC also. Only about 15 mins to Culver City, La Brea, Fairfax, and Beverly Hills areas. 15 Mins to FIDM, Hancock Park. This area is called Mid City / West Adams. Lots of History in this area, lots of old beautiful properties in the neighborhood. Will consider some pets, not all breeds are acceptable.Call now!
