Half an acre and home are located in the desirable North Hills Mall area. Harris Teeter is 3 houses up from there, not even a block. Property across street has already been sold as commercial. Have heard thru the Grapevine that this whole area will soon be commercial too! The property is what is being sold. The home just comes with it! Will take best reasonable offer.
What I love about the home
Will be a great investment for future commercial property. Half acre lot is very hard to find in this area. Within eyesight of the new Harris Teeter/Kane Reality section of North Hills.
