House is on a quiet cove in the Grahamwood Elementary school district.
We are looking for responsible residents with good rental history and work history. You must be employed. We also do a background check and a credit check. Credit score is not as important as work history and rental history. If you are a student or do not have rental history, a co-signer will be required.
A 12 month lease is required. All adults living in the property and co-signers are required to sign the lease. We also have long term lease options. Shorter lease terms require special approval and may result in a higher monthly rent.
Some pets are allowed, depending on the property and type of pet. There is a non-refundable pet deposit ($250).
