My Notes

We have a nice upstairs, two bedroom Apartment coming available around September 20. Centrally located in City Heights, it is conveniently close to the City Heights Farmer's Market (held every Saturday), shopping, restaurants, public transportation and other major routes. Conveniently located, it is not far from the City Heights Urban Village, which is a joint public and private City of San Diego redevelopment project which boasts the Mid-City Police Substation and Community Gymnasium and the Weingart City Heights Branch Library.
The apartment is very nice and homey. With its casual space, white walls and tile flooring, it has a very open and fresh feel to it. The kitchen is comfortable and includes a refrigerator and stove. There is an air conditioning unit to keep you comfortable throughout the summer. There is a community laundry room and an unassigned parking space for Tenant convenience.

Yes. We require a separate application for all adults over 18.
16. What are your Office hours?
We are open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
17. Does my application take the property off the market?
No. Until your application is approved and a security deposit is received, all offers to rent will be considered
18. What documents do I need to submit with my application?
Providing the correct documents with your application greatly speeds up the process. Please include the following:
? Recent pay stubs (For the self-employed you will need to provide recent tax returns and two months of current bank statements
? Photo ID
? All Applications with the applicants' signature and application fee.
? Documents supporting other sources of income including Social Security, Disability, Child Support, etc.
19. What if I don't have good credit?
Bad credit is not necessarily an automatic denial. Depending on the severity of delinquent accounts we may still be able to rent to you with an increased security deposit provided you qualify in the areas of income and rental history.
20. What if I have a prior eviction?
Evictions or unpaid debts to prior landlords are automatic denials.
