We are open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
17. Does my application take the property off the market?
No. Until your application is approved and a security deposit is received, all offers to rent will be considered
18. What documents do I need to submit with my application?
Providing the correct documents with your application greatly speeds up the process. Please include the following:
? Recent pay stubs (For the self-employed you will need to provide recent tax returns and two months of current bank statements
PROOF OF INCOME MUST BE VERIFIABLE
? Photo ID
? All Applications with the applicants' signature and application fee.
? Documents supporting other sources of income including Social Security, Disability, Child Support, etc.
19. What if I don't have good credit?
Bad credit is not necessarily an automatic denial. Depending on the severity of delinquent accounts we may still be able to rent to you with an increased security deposit provided you qualify in the areas of income and rental history.
20. What if I have a prior eviction?
Evictions or unpaid debts to prior landlords are automatic denials.
