Nice open ranch home with three bedrooms and one newer bath. The home has a generous living room and combination kitchen/dining area with newer cabinets. Exterior is vinyl sided with a covered front porch. There's a one-car garage with new door and fully fenced in yard with a small concrete patio. This is a great neighborhood with schools nearby. The roof was replaced in early 2000's, some newer windows in '05 and new furnace and central air in 2004. Nicely cared for....move-in condition.
