Updated throughout! Enter to hardwood floors that flow throughout over-sized living room and front bedrooms. Living room has fireplace on one side and sitting area on the other. Expanded kitchen features granite counters, new cabinets, Butcher block kitchen island, tile floors, pantry area and granite countered desk/office space. Formal dining area off of open kitchen that overlooks large backyard and has tiled mosaic floors. Front bedroom is a good size with hardwood floors and lots of light. Middle bedroom is used as an office but has a closet too. Master suite is huge with plenty of room for a king-size bed and lots of furniture. Master bathroom has separate glass-walled shower stall, vanity with two sinks, and a Spa/Tub! Backyard is an entertainer's paradise with wood deck, separate sitting area and BBQ area next to garage. Garage has been mostly finished on the inside and storage area added in rafter area. Huge side yard/driveway is big enough to fit at least 2 cars behind the gates, plus more in the driveway.
