CAN YOU BELIEVE THE SELLER SAID REDUCE??!! This really is location location location!!! Close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, interstates, airport - and extremely sought after location with that peaceful feeling !! All the floors are wood looking tile except for the kitchen which is the cheery black and white floor waiting for a bright breakfast nook setting- the refrigerator conveys and a double oven stainless steel electric newer stove and microwave. This patio homes back yard says "entertainment" and low low maintenance! Beautiful 2 year old gunite pool with an extra area for the sun filled days. The green area is an artificial turf area for your special pet that has been designed to allow waste to be treated under the turf and strain (similar to a septic tank) so no dead grass and nothing to cut. So many different uses for this area. The patio area is large enough for tables, grill and seats for cozy evenings. Off of the great room with the dramatic fireplace (the glass ornament over the fireplace does not convey - it is totally removable ) can be seen from the dining room area as well. You also will have a wonderful sun room to sit and enjoy your great backyard site. The seller also has put in a new Geospring Electric water heater, there is a wireless ADT security system, the CH&AC shows 8/27/11 on the unit for installation date. The master bedroom and second bedroom and greatroom all have remotes for the ceiling fans and lights. The only yard you have to maintain is the front yard!
