This attractive single-story, ranch-style home is located on a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac north of Altadena Drive in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It has close distance to the Rose Bowl, Brookside, the Aquatic Center and local parks. There are upgrades virtually everywhere you look on the property. The exterior has new seamless gutters, a new front door, new paint, new trim (even on the garage), and double-pane windows. The home's most charming features have been retained -- such as its original fireplace and wood floors -- or enhanced, like its new mill work with 5.25" baseboards and crown molding as well as solid three-panel shaker doors throughout the whole interior of the house. The kitchen has been completely redone from top to bottom with new cabinets, new modern quartz countertop, a subway tile back-splash, porcelain flooring and high-end stainless steel appliances, and includes a small breakfast nook and access to the outside patio. The stove area has a stainless steel mosaic back-splash that completely runs up to the ceiling and has a beautiful vent hood. The one bathroom has also been completely renovated: new ceramic flooring with mosaic tiling and in-floor heating, a new bath and shower with subway tiling, a new toilet, a striking shaker-style double sink vanity with vessel sinks, a custom mirror and new modern hardware. There are three bedrooms, all of which have been tastefully redone. The master bedroom has a small but well-organized walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a small walk-in closet, and the third bedroom has an entryway to the backyard. The backyard is a large lot that lays out well with a spacious patio for outdoor entertaining, garden areas and a grassy area. 

What I love about the home

Really quiet neighborhood, everyone knows everybody and are friendly, really close to the mountains and hiking trails.
