I have a brand new studio in the Central west end next door to the cathedral basilica and a block from Maryland Plaza. The apartment is completely renovated:
New Plumbing
New piping
New windows
New roof
New flooring
New Forced heat/Central air
New electric
New Bathroom/New Kitchens
All new appliances
The apartment features a private front door entrance; never again be bothered by noisy neighbors or smelly hallways. The building was taken down to its studs and rebuilt in the last 4 years. The apartment enters into a large open living/bedspace. Many tenants have successfully separated a living room and bedroom using a small bookshelf found at IKEA or Target.
From the living room you enter an open dining room and kitchen space. The floors feature brand new ceramic tile and and all new cabinets and appliances. Their is a brand new bathroom in the back of the unit with both a tub and a shower and 2 walk in closets for plenty of storage.
Within the complex we have gated parking, a small dog/pet park, laundry facilities and bike storage.
This building is starkly different than any other property you have seen in the central west end. You get the comforts of brentwood, clayton and west county with an upscale, urban atmosphere. Once you see this unit you will see its benefit over any other studio or 1 bedroom for a similar size or price in the central west end.
