Market guide

Zillow predicts North Wales home values will increase 1.7% next year, compared to a 1.6% increase for Philadelphia Metro as a whole. Among North Wales homes, this home is valued 20.7% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 19.9% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In North Wales, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 1.3% greater than in Philadelphia Metro, and 9.2% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent North Wales home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Philadelphia Metro.
