This was the nicest home in Denton at one time I have been told and told again. There are a lot of great features in this home and we have been trying to get it back after being vacated a dozen years before we bought it. I am just too tired to finsh and have too many other things going on. We were told by the surveyors that long after all these new homes are built and down, this one will still be standing. The construction on this beautiful home is amazing. I have reduced the priceof $439,000 to a no haggle price of $350,000 on Oct. 1 2007.

Neighborhood Description
We are at the end of the block with very few neighbors, and the ones we have are extremely quiet. This is a very tiny town of about 1200 with access to many of the bigger towns/cities within a 20-40 min. ride. I moved to this town 20 years ago, moved several times, but always within Denton. I plan on still staying in Denton, only a smaller home. The home will be sold with the 3+ attached acres and if interested there is 6+ more acres that are available.
 

What I love about the home

The VERY large rooms. I will miss that the most. The MB is 600 sf. The Den is 600 sf. and the rest of the rooms average 300 sf.
