Almost one third acre lot in Villa Russ, a stable neighborhood convenient to downtown Ft Walton Beach and all it has to offer: boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, and Ft Walton Landing, the even center of the south end of the county. It's also close to Uptown Station with more shopping and restaurants. HWH is less than 2 years old (50 gal, on timer), washing machine replaced 12-12. Dishwasher is "as is" but seller is providing a home warranty for Buyers' peace of mind. There's plenty of room for outdoor entertaining in both the front and back yards. In the back, there's a 12x16 vinyl, stick-built storage building with metal roof (also 5x27 storage/laundry room off the carport which includes laundry). Kitchen offers a built in microwave, two pantries and 12x12 tile flooring, laid on diagonal (also in foyer). The dining room features a wall-to-wall china cabinet (lights and sliding glass doors in the top half) that provides additional storage.
