This house is in the ideal Pasadena location. It sits on a quiet street that dead ends in two directions, leaving plenty of space to play off the quiet, low-traffic street. Conveniently, however, Donna Dr is less than a mile from Pasadena's newest and probably biggest shopping center (home to a lot of really good take out restaurants and all the shopping one could ever need) and is also less than a mile drive to Rt 100 off Magothy Beach. Chesapeake Schools and the convenience of public water and sewer make this home unique as well. The wide .44 acre lot is ideal for a buyer who is looking for a home that has the option of adding an addition (maybe a garage or more living space). Plus we can't forget to mention that the house is 100% turn-key ready! Upgrades are prevalent inside and out. This is the perfect home for a buyer who wants to move-in and not think about home repairs as almost everything has been replaced.
