The charming master bedroom is warm and inviting and offers a peaceful view of sail and powerboats at dock in the salt water canal. Features include wood flooring, a large walk-in closet, direct access into the updated full bath with beautiful porcelain tile flooring. The kitchen has energy efficient appliances, lots of cabinets, nice Italian Tile counter tops, a breakfast bar, and porcelain tile floor. The great room has a dining area, vaulted ceiling, sky light, fan, 20" porcelain tile floor, and wonderful views of the river, of Dolphins and shore birds, and boats moving in and out of the harbor. An Oak spiral staircase leads up to the loft that is a cozy second bedroom with a door into large walk-in storage/closet area I attic. There is plenty of room to add a bathroom in the loft. The covered porch overlooking the river is is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the splendid river and wildlife views. The community amenities include a heated Olympic size pool, two tennis courts, a storage area for boats and trailers, a club house with a large porch and rocking chairs, A full kitchen, exercise room, pool table and table tennis, stainless steel grills, and a fishing pier.
