Interior: The unit includes 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. The unit is prewired for cable and 2 phone lines. The unit has a newer furnace and hot water tank to improve energy efficiency. There is a large ceiling fan in every room. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures have been updated. Unit appliances include a refrigerator, stove (gas), washer, and dryer (gas). All appliances are in good condition. There is also a large basement storage area. Rental Information: Pets are allowed (for an additional fee). Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. The security deposit is $800. The rent is $650 a month. The tenant pays all utilities. The landlord is responsible for lawn maintenance. An application is required prior to move-in. The unit is available to be seen by appointment only.
