Spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1836 sq. ft., 2-story townhome condominium on beautiful cliffside with views of ocean, bay, golf course and valley below. Includes patio and large deck off living room. Kitchen is nicely renovated with custom tile, black composite sink, stainless appliances and solid-surface countertops. Marble flooring in kitchen, dining room, entry hall and downstairs bath. All bedrooms and stairs carpeted. High ceilings with 3 skylights, two of which are operable to allow natural cooling airflow. Gated community with ultra-private canyon pool and barbeque area.

What I love about the home

Stunning view of the ocean, golf course and Mission Bay. Absolutely superb location -- five minutes to everything, yet completely private. View of nightly fireworks at Sea World during the summer. Watching the hawks circling and coasting on the breeze uplift from the canyon -- so graceful. With the windows open at night, hearing the faint "hoo hoo" of the owl that nests in the trees above the pool. Excellent cooling breezes on this cliffside. Complete privacy -- no one can see in. Very nice use of space. Large master suite. Operable skylights upstairs naturally keep the unit cool and fresh. Privacy of pool area. Security of gated entry. Carport plus garage -- use either, or both. Excellent drama-free HOA and neighbors.
