Just a nice big house for a family with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. It is totally chain link fenced and includes a detached single garage. The floors are mostly tile and some carpet. We are talking a lot of sq footage for the money and a very convenient area. The seller would like to sell "as is" but I have not seen anything that needs fixing. A cozy fireplace with tile is in the family room. Seller is in the process of de cluttering the home, when done it will appear much larger. There is a 22 x 12 wooden deck and 8 x 10 patio in the back yard. 480 square foot of this home was added in 1998. I think you will appreciate the location and all the room this home has to offer.
