My Notes

Edit
In a small, well maintained complex with units rarely on the market. This condo was just redone. Located toward the back it has only one common wall and lots of windows that provide crossbreezes. The large living room faces a landscaped courtyard. The kitchen boasts varnished cabinetry, lots of tiled counter space and a window (that opens) above the sink. The dining area also has a large window. A huge closet covers the entire wall of the bedroom. In the hallway you will find more storage with a linen closet and a deep coat closet. The bathroom boasts original mid-fifties tiles, a tub/shower with glass enclosure. Brand new carpet and padding (over original wood floor), new paint and detailing throughout. Low homeowner association fees for this well managed building that shows pride of ownership. Located between downtown and The Arts District, only four blocks to the beach and a block away from the new Portofolio coffee shop and Fingerprints. Ideal for owner occupied or investors.  More Less
