What I love
House has been remodeled throughout to provide a quaint 1940 beach bungalow feel with all amenities modernized throughout. Four blocks to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants and step to greenbelt for running and exerise. Most importantly, on a walkstreet, which is great for families with young kids.
