My Notes

Edit
Perfect turn-key investment property. Very reliable tenant in place, and unlimited subletting allowed from day one. Just buy it and start collecting rental income. Rental price will increase significantly on the next renewal. This bright and spacious one bedroom co-op is situated on a pristine and quiet block of the Upper East Side. The neighborhood is chock full of restaurants and a night-life not to be underestimated. Close to the best running and biking park in NYC, and there's even a weekend farmers market just around the corner during the warmer months. This area is undervalued and sure to appreciate with the Second Avenue subway nearing completion. The layout is very generous, with multiple sun exposures, pass through kitchen with breakfast bar, and a walk-in closet. Maintenance is very reasonable at $906.00 per month.  More Less

Zillow predicts New York home values will rise 2.9% next year, compared to a 1.4% increase for New York Metro as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years.
