Built in 1953, this split level was transformed by a full architectural remodel and expansion in 2007-08. Three beautifully finished levels offer an open main level floor plan, four bedrooms, three full baths, a family/media room, front and rear patios, professionally landscaped gardens and a one car garage. Structural work was done to open up the first floor which now has no load bearing walls. The custom kitchen is both sleek and highly functional. Large custom windows and sliding glass doors allow the light to come streaming in. The master suite was expanded and has ample well-thought-out closet space complete with Elfa shelving. The home is on a quiet ?non through? street and across from the green space of the Swedish Embassy grounds which are adjacent to the Japanese Embassy gardens.
