Public:Mom always said if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. Well, if we listened to mom, the area below this sentence would be blank. If you're looking for a Bensalem Split that's in move-in condition, you may want to move on to the next listing because this home isn't it. This Glen Ashton Farms Split needs numerous repairs and updating. The property was vandalized and is missing some copper. The rear yard has an in-ground pool and most of the surrounding brick has been removed. The interior looks like it's been ransacked. There's clutter everywhere. The kitchen and baths need updating and the basement gets wet. The heater is summer/winter which means it also supplies the hot water. The central air unit is older and the garage doors will probably need replacement soon too. The interior has some minor drywall damage and several doors will need to be re-hung. But..... If you're the adventurous type who likes to renovate and can handle some risk, call for your appointment today. We might have the perfect home for you. Nearby comps are $300+ for similar size and style. Almost forgot - this is a short sale and subject to lender approval. The property is offered in its present condition and is being sold strictly as-is. The buyer is responsible for any township and/or lender required repairs.
