What I love about the home
The house was recently remodeled with high end finishes such as granite, slate, sandstone, marble, cherry cabinets and brushed nickel throughout the home creating a warm and welcoming environment. There are great architectural touches throughout the house by Joel Karr of Group 41. The house is flooded with natural light with 3 skylights, french doors on both upstairs bedrooms and large south-facing craftsmen windows in the dining room and living room. The house is great for indoor-outdoor living with over 500 square feet across two decks as well as a terraced back garden with a patio with ocean views. We also enjoy the fact that we are steps from the beautiful Walter Haas playground with spectacular views of downtown San Francisco. Getting to and from work is easy with BART access downtown and quick access to both 280 and 101 for soutbound commutes.
