Gorgeous Lakeside Estates S/D! Right at 1.3 Wooded Acres! Beautiful oak trees. Much of the land left in the rough for privacy. (Personally, I would cut out a lot of the smaller stuff and have a "park" under the trees with a couple bench swings for enjoying the cooler evenings.) Side entrance garage. House has been completely repainted inside and out. There's new flooring throughout: new tile has been laid in the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, foyer, bath rooms, and laundry room, new carpet has been installed throughout the rest of the house. There is also new copper electrical wiring throughout. New dish washer and new water heater have been installed. There are new counter tops in the kitchen and bath rooms. Double vanities in both bath rooms! Family Room with Fireplace to kick off the shoes and enjoy the football games. The side entrance garage has a side work area and a new garage door. There's a 12' x 13' glassed Sun Room. The fauna is said to include orange and lemon trees, a fig tree, blue berry bushes. Quick access to I-10. What a great place and neighborhood to call "Home."
