My Notes

Wonderful waterfront townhome! This townhome has some fantastic features including an open floor plan with the eat-in kitchen overlooking the living room/Dining room combination. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has new white cabinets, stainless appliances, and gorgeous granite counter tops! Beautiful hard wood floors are featured throughout the downstairs. The sliding glass doors lead to a covered patio with plenty of room to sit and take in the panoramic water views. There are 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs, with a guest 1/2 bath downstairs. The home comes with two reserved parking spaces outside the front door. (HOA has Pet Restrictions - weight limit on dogs: up to 25 pounds, and up to 2 per household.
