Older cabin remodeled as a single family home with approximately 400 ft. of Arroyo Seco River frontage including a swimming hole. A large deck overlooks the river. Recently built 1200 sq.ft. metal barn set up as a shop facility with lights and both 110 and 220 outlets and a grease pit.
Neighborhood Description
This is a remote mountain community. Many new, upscale homes nearby. Mostly summer cabin communities. Nearest crossroad is Carmel Valley Road which is the backway into the Carmel/Monterey Penninsula areas.

What I love about the home

This place is 3/4 mile off the county road at the end of a gravel road which is passable all year. The river is a beautiful and serene feature. It's an excellent place to relax and can accomodate large groups for family celebrations and such. The water on the property is from a well on the property, but the well is owned by neighbors and available at a reasonable cost. The water quality is very good, drinkable water, not the usual sulphur/iron water. There is another well that was abandoned years ago, but may be developed for yard use.
