My Notes

A Tropical Paradise at an affordable price. What was old is new after a couple of extreme makeovers. The home had been updated by previous owners but the present owners put on the finishing touches. The sparkling in ground pool was converted to Saltwater, has a decorative (dolphin) new liner, has a new salinator, and new Polaris pump which was an $8,500 investment. The previous owners put a 27 x 22 covered patio on the back of the house for shade while enjoying pool. Hours of relaxation and fun await in this extremely large fenced in backyard which is full of fruit trees. There are many banana plants, a blood orange bush, a Fruit Cocktail tree (six fruits), 5 blueberry bushes, a Satsuma bush, fresh rosemary and a pecan tree. The homeowners installed a new 4 ton 16 seer Rheem heat pump and all new ductwork throughout the home an over $10,000 investment. They even replaced all the vents and air returns. They put a new roof on in 2013, replaced the breaker box and painted the entire exterior of the home and most of the interior. For safety they had six big pine trees removed. Previous owners had updated kitchen with new cabinets and tile backsplash with a stainless steel sink. A personal touch was the carved tree bar between the Kitchen and Living room. The Bath was also redone by previous owners with tub and separate shower and vanity with cultured marble. The Master was the result of combining two existing bedrooms that is a huge 27 ft x 13. The addition makes the third bedroom at the other end of the house is master sized at 16 x16. The eat in kitchen is fresh light and spacious at 257 x 10 The living room is 19 x 17 and that is the signature of this home, extremely large rooms, large outdoor entertainment areas that are perfect for large or growing families.  More Less
