My Notes

Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment available for sublease from September 1, 2015 - May 31, 2016. This is a beautiful unit with high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, walk-in closet, washer/dryer in unit. One reserved, secure, gated parking spot and small storage unit is included in rent. The building itself is very well maintained and residents are a mix of young and mature professionals. Building has an elevator and secured entrance. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
This unit is in the perfect location for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis College of Pharmacy, Washington University Medical School -- all within a 10 minute walking distance! St. Louis Univeristy is also a short drive away. On Lindell Blvd near the intersection of Euclid Ave., there are countless restaurants and bars within walking distance. New Whole Foods in the CWE will be a 3 minute walk away.
Rent is normally $1200/month, and is discounted to $1100/month through the end of the lease. If new tenant is interested in extending the lease through May 2017, owner will maintain rent of $1100. I love this unit, and I am only subletting because I have purchased a home.
Sublet available from Sep 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016. Lease can be renewed at that time.
Owner pays for trash, sewer, water. Tenant pays cable/internet and electric. There is a $350 move-in fee from the condo association.
