What I love about the home

The building is quality-built (concrete and steel), well-managed and maintained. 100% owner occupied. Good community of neighbors, excellent public schools, very bikable and very walkable location. Burke Gilman, Parks, University Village restaurants, shops & PCC, Metropolitan Market, Safeway, QFC all around the corner. Close to Children's Hospital, NOAA, UW, Transportation options,15 minute drive to downtown Seattle and Bellevue.
