Location, location, location! The essence of real estate. Our beautiful South Cove home has a grand location near the park and lake on a one of a kind lot. It is one of the original first built homes with the best construction they offered at the time.
The home has 5 bedrooms, with 2 1/2 baths, with a large step down living room, a step up dining room with 20 pane bowed bay window, modern Kitchen with granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, eating area, and a step down to family room. It has two sliding doors exiting to the back yard, a laundry room, and a large bonus or play room, that you can finish off to suit your needs!
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a master bedroom and 2 full baths. There is one bedroom off the stairs downstairs that could be an office as well, and a half bath in the hallway. The home has been upgraded with many newer features and redone, about 70% of the total home. It is a family home you would be proud to own and a neighborhood you would covet and desire.
The home sits on one of the larger lots in the area (13,000sqft), and the home has more of a private setting, Larger garage, and it has about 3,100 sqft of living space (buyer to verify). Our home is not in sell condition, but the price is reflective of that. We were going to put 50k in and fix it up before selling, but tough times demand us to put it on the market now. So we are asking 719k, we would have started at 775k or higher. It is a great home, it just needs the basics, some TLC, and is "as is" for the most part.
We are the second owners, we will not pay any real estate agents fees, so if you bring one in tow, it is your responsibility. You can use an attorney to write up your offer. The offer must allow for a partial non-refundable deposit after all contingencies are signed off. We will not fix everything (but some things) or pay your closing costs either. You will be required to show your ability to afford the home and pay for the down payment needed to get a loan.
The home has great curb appeal and the exterior is the only one like it in South Cove. We will sell to the best and strongest offer with the family who will love it and shows the highest desire for it. It is the nicest and safest part of South Cove, close to the park and lake, a great front yard for kids and lots of kids nearby. We will also want to rent back for at least 7-14 days after COE to move. Please keep that in mind. :) We are moving down, we might look at a trade in Issaquah. Thank you. The house will not be listed either. Just here and by word of mouth.
South Cove features a 3 acre park with tennis courts, play equipment for kids, and a community beach for those summer days to spend your days at with the kids. Or to walk down to at night and have a romantic get away from the kids :) and enjoy the moon and relax after a long day. It is the lifestyle and amenities of South Cove that make it special.
