This house is situated in Santa Monica adjoining the Brentwood District of West Los Angeles, about two miles from the Palisades Park facing the ocean. The neighborhood provides leafy streets, and the Brentwood Country Mart on the next block with shops, fine eating, post office, and banks. Also nearby is the trendy Montana Avenue shopping district. On 25th Street and Wilshire is the historic Douglas Park. Excellent school district. Near UCLA. Easy drive to LAX.The house is a 1950s vintage ranch style with horseshoe driveway to park a number of cars. Beautiful garden. The living rooms with high exposed beam ceilings, including a large family room with a brick fire place opening to the patio, a BBQ grill. Dining room, pantry, and kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 1 & 0.75 bathrooms. High speed fiber-optic Internet including wireless and cable TV services.Excluded from lease: detached garage (tenant to park on the driveway), library/habitat structure and 2 storage structures in rear.Landlord reserves the right to access the library and storage structures anytime by giving 24 hours verbal or written notice.
