What I love about the home

Location, only a few blocks to the beach and the eclectic beach town of OB, but quiet at night with breathtaking ocean, bay and mountain views. This home is energy efficient with fully paid solar system, tankless water heater, dual pane windows and the concrete and steel construction. There is a wonderful Zen like garden with hidden spa. The home is privately nestled in a wonderful residential neighborhood within quick walking distance of everything OB has to offer.
