Lots of people have bad credit because of the economy. If You have a lousy credit score but have a steady job and a good rental record with no evictions, you should Easily qualify for this apartment. Available For Move in NOW !!. ..This Clean Secure Two bedroom 1 Bath unit was previously the owners unit. It is in a fourplex, that is more like a duplex, with no units below or around it, just one above it. It has been freshly painted. Room in the large, upgraded, tiled kitchen for dining table and chairs. Double Stainless Steel sink and hood for stove with fan and filter. There are washer and dryer hookups in the kitchen. No more need for trips to the laundromat. Individual Water Heater for instant hot water. The shower has LOTS of water pressure. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, Verticle blinds and carpeted bedrooms. The unit is cable ready. There is a gate at the entrance. Secure locked Mail Box. It comes with 1 assigned off street parking space.The water is paid for by the owner. A small private gated storage area, just outside the kitchen, for bicycle/storage and BBQs, comes with the unit. No appliances are provided. (this apartment complex is NOT in foreclosure. You will see some really cheap rents out there, but in a few weeks or months, they sell it and WHAM..you get a notice to vacate or the rent goes way up. Be careful, If it sound too good to be true Interior Shown by appointment only. Do not disturb tenants.Unit does not qualify for Section 8. Please do not apply if you have evictions on your record.
