What I love about the home

Low Maintenance outside. Extremely low utilities due to 95% efficient furnace and 98% efficient Tank-less water heater. plus thermostatically controlled evaporative cooling. No lawn to water, mow or weed. Wonderful deck with included natural gas BBQ and ceiling fans Great view of Pikes Peak from deck roof. Has walk out basement and walk out roof access. Three block from one of the best magnet schools in Colrado Springs
