ILLEGAL FORCLOSURE SALE on 4/2/2015 IS BEING ATTEMPTED (the -14th - sale attempt in 4 years). We have been upstanding citizens & business owners IN YORBA LINDA since 2001.
Our property was FORCED INTO 'THE ILLUSION OF' DEFAULT throughout 2011 by falsified accounting recordings performed by unethical Loan Servicing practices of: BofA and then transferred 'by hearsay' to Nationstar - BOTH never having intentions to correct OUR VALID DISPUTES, but seek only to 'cash-out' our home by sale... and this has been in LEGAL & UNRESOLVED DISPUTE EVER SINCE. This property does NOT HAVE a VALID nor PERFECT LIEN against it to sell. The APR. 2, 2015 TRUST SALE is attempting (based on VOID DEFAULT ACCUSATIONS) to SELL an INVALID (at best) "LIEN" which is what is attempting to be sold (a "LIEN" Sale). It is stated in Trustee Sale Announcement, "you will be buying A LIEN without warranties." NATIONSTAR ALONE in it's short 20 month career as 'Debt Collector/Loan Servicer' can't quite figure out which of the "3" 'possible' Lien Owners they are attempting to collect for, HOWEVER, THEY ARE GUESSING IT 'MUST BE' FOR at least (1) of the (3) DIFFERENT / SEPERATE alleged "VALID" Lien Holders (they think it 'might' be for), so they closed their eyes (like they did exactly 1 year ago with same/erroneous invalid beliefs) and blindly pointed at "1" possibility and 'claim' this is who they'll say is instructing them (which everyone knows the Loan Servicers are making ALL the decisions regarding Debt Collection to PROTECT THEIR OWN COMMISSIONS & FEES - not the Lien Holder's best interests as should be). County records show only 1/2 of our story, but if you are skilled at understanding Chain of Title you'll see enough SALE ASSIGNMENTS recorded (2007-2013) that should make anyone question who, IN FACT, has the power to 'INSTRUCT' a VALID sale of our 1st mortgage lien? - Sincerely,The Haddad's of Yorba Linda, CA
