      Neighborhood: Westville

Zillow predicts Westville home values will rise 7.3% next year, compared to a 3.7% increase for New Haven as a whole. Among Westville homes, this home is valued 19% less than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 56.6% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In the Westville market, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold shrank 8.4% in the last year. The number of unsold foreclosures is 60.2% less than in New Haven, and 16.1% less than the national average. This lower local number could help Westville home values rise more quickly than other regions in New Haven.
