Also features a garage/barn w/ upstairs storage, newly paved driveway, recently updated electrical & plumbing, and a cast-iron claw foot tub. Spacious living room w/ bay windows, eat-in kitchen, walk-in pantry, and a Den w/ wood-burning fireplace and mantle.
Neighborhood Description
Quiet street, very safe for the kids and the pets. Friendly, helpful, but unitrusive neighbors. Great pedestrian access to everything Cooperstown has to offer. Extraordinary turnout of kids during Halloween.
 

What I love about the home

The backyard and the gardens, the modern renovations, the layout, the large bathtubs, and the 19th century workmanship throughout the house which you simply don't see anymore.
