Beautifully updated kitchen with nice granite counter tops and good sized breakfast area, large bedrooms and bathrooms with marble floors and modern amenities, master bath with his and hers "bowl" sinks. Living room leads to a nice tiled balcony perfect for enjoying anytime of the day. Laundry in unit, secured parking with two spaces plus storage. Well maintained complex of only 22 units with nice common patio area. Great location, close to the Glendale Galleria, transportation, shops, easy access to 134 & 5 freeways.
