Location is in Belmont Village near City Line Ave, with walking distance to train, buses, supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and gym facilities. Also close access to Center City, Bala Cynwyd, St. Joseph's, University City, and I76. Features: It has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The ground floor has refinished hardwood floors in the living and dining room, and is connected to a completely remodeled kitchen through a French door. The kitchen has new cabinets with inside spot lights, ceramic tile floor, ceramic tiled back splash, butcher-block countertops, new energy star appliances, and a new stainless steel refrigerator that stays with the house. The living and dining room are large, and the living room has a very large south-facing window which lets in lots of light. The second floor has three good size bedrooms, and a full bath with a tub. The floors are hardwood and laminate. The main bedroom has two south-facing windows which allow a lot of light and exceptional warmth during cold and gloomy winter days. In the spring, summer, and fall, there is dense tree foliage outside the windows to provide for beautiful scenery and privacy. Both of the other bedrooms have ample built-in shelving for added storage or use as an office or library. The completely rehabbed third floor has a regular sized bedroom and a beautiful large bedroom with sloped ceilings and dormer window, the floors are laminate. The third floor boasts a modern renovated bathroom that displays floor to ceiling two-toned ceramic tile shower and floor. The shower has a modern handheld shower head with built-in stand. The house has new windows throughout, new basement door, new waste pipes, new hot water boiler, and a new hot water heater.
