A beautiful home recently updated in great location! Within walking distance to Pierce Elementary, Kennedy High School, the McLoud Run bike trail, shops, restaurants/bars, several gas stations, and less than a 10 minute drive to Rockwell Collins, Aegon, and downtown Cedar Rapids. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with two additional bedrooms in the lower level. There is new soft nylon carpet and updated flooring throughout the house with a large master bedroom (14'x12'). All four bedrooms measure 10'x10' or larger. Both bathrooms have been updated with a modern vanity, toilet, tile flooring, and a beautiful new shower tile back splash. The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, updated cabinets, and beautiful counter tops. The kitchen and dining room flow together with a sliding glass door that opens up to a large three seasons room great for relaxing and unwinding! There is also a nice pavement patio large enough for entertaining. This home has a spacious two car garage with a nice work bench and plenty of available storage.Tenant is responsible for utilties and lawn/snow removal. Owner can do the lawn/snow removal for a fee. 

What I love about the home

The kitchen is beautiful, spacious, and modern! The stainless steel appliances paired with updated cabinets, new floor tile, and updated counter tops are any chef's dream. Not to mention, the spacious garage is sure to be a great asset for any man of the household.
