Home has been remodeled and is in beautiful condition. This home will be a pleasure to show with beautiful hardwood floors, open floor plan, breakfast room for your morning coffee and a great outdoor setting. There is approximately 300 additional square feet in the basement that has been finished but doesn't have an A/C vent. A vent could be added to create additional space for an office, game room or gym. Basement makes a great place to take shelter during hurricanes and tornadoes and it is furnished and ready for use with access from upstairs and through the garage. Home has a nice open floor plan with hardwood floors, crown molding, ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast room. The kitchen includes a window over the sink and the owner has replaced the sink, stove top and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar and is open to the breakfast room. The large picture window in the breakfast room and the sliding glass door leading to the patio makes this a very light and bright home with views of the beautifully landscaped yard. Back yard includes an open patio and privacy fence which was replaced in 2004. Seller is in the process of replacing the garage door. The home also includes a front and side storm door and storm shutters which convey. The seller had a wind mitigation inspection in 2012 which reduced his insurance.
