Overlooking Chapman Park, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,360 sq ft (tax records) home has great views of the Corte Madera Town Park, Christmas Tree Hill and Mt. Tam. A little up out of the flats, this home gets great light and a feeling of privacy, yet still is in easy walking distance to the Town Park and Neil Cummins so that kids may walk or ride to school. Situated on a 12,075 sq ft lot, the property benefits from a gracious driveway and a sizeable two car, detached garage. A terrific patio is fitted in between the garage and front door providing a great entertaining space.

On the main level is a sizeable kitchen/breakfast nook, a dining room open to a large living room with huge vaulted ceilings including a big stone fireplace. A great deck off the living room overlooks the yard and views of all of Corte Madera. In addition, on this floor are the master suite, two additional bedrooms and a guest bath. One could easily make this a great family room or rearrange and make this a spectacular larger master suite.
