Beautiful all brick 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cape home with great curb appeal that has recently undergone a complete renovation by Deep Run Renovations. Two interior walls on the first floor have been removed/modified to open up the home for great flow and entertaining space. A new hardwood staircase was installed for access to the new master suite which comprises the entire second floor. The kitchen was gutted in 2012 and reconfigured with a built in/recessed fridge, new hardwood floors, all new cabinets and hardware with under-cabinet lighting, top of the line Samsung stainless steel appliances with gas cooking/convection range, topped off with granite counters and a granite breakfast bar. The roof is a brand new 3 dimensional shingle with lifetime guarantee. Upstairs has all new Pella architectural series windows that match the character of the home, but with modern energy efficiency and sound dampening. Also, the HVAC is a new dual zone Rheem system with programmable t-stats. Exterior painting is planned for Spring of '14.
No expense was spared during this first class renovation.
