What I love about the home
The view is awe inspiring and available from most rooms; it is a long view of the valley and mountains and it is especially beautiful when the moon shows up. On the main floor there is floor to ceiling glass and the house flows from room to room. Off the kitchen/recreation area is a large deck which gives you the feeling of being suspended in the air. As well four of the bedrooms have a balcony which overlooks the valley. Each of the bedrooms has it's own full bathroom and walk in closet. The master bathroom is like a high end spa; large steam shower with a skylight, large and deep bathtub with air massage, skylight, and a breathtaking view of the valley. There is a built in vanity and the WC has a Toto Neo toilet, absolutely the latest in plumbing technology. It is a house built for family and friends with enough bedrooms and privacy to suit most tastes. It is also a magnificent house for entertaining with a large sunken living room containing a fireplace and a wall of glass overlooking the valley and mountains. There is a casita with it's own entrance and very comfortable for long term visitors and family. There is a newly installed solar system on the roof with 50 LG panels which output over 1200 kwh per month, enough to neutralize the house electric bill. This state of the art system is invisible from the house grounds. It is an incredibly livable house with a custom kitchen that has been featured in the UT Home section.
