Gated large 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home on over 1.3 acres. Every room in the house but the 1/2 bath has a view of the bay. The living room and the foyer are 2 stories high. The views are from Napa/Sonoma down to Oakland. There is an > 300 sf workshop/artist studio, over 1,000 sf of deck/patios, a sauna and an outdoor spa. There is a waterfall/pond near the front door, and a approx 1,000 sf professional putting green in the backyard. Of the 1.3 acres, approx 1 acre is fenced in so the dogs can play freely on the property. The house is located in a part of Tiburon that doesn't really have to deal with traffic, it is also totally private yet within walking distance of the school bus stop.

What I love about the home

Every room in the house, except for the 1/2 bathroom, has a view of the San Francisco bay
