Second floor townhouse overlooking the pool in the popular South Los Robles area which buyers love because its really close to everything but the area looks really nice, lots of pride of ownership. Unit gets lots of light from its eastern exposure, has pergo floors and a galley kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This was probably a condo conversion, has a pool and common area laundry rooms. Parking is carports that are under the building, this is not a security building, but has wonderful curb appeal from the street. Central air and heat, unit needs some repairs. We found that there is a water leak which seller will probably repair if buyer puts the request into their offer, we already have a repair price for it.
