Lovely, sunny, 2nd floor condo with 2 bedrooms, hardwood floors and a beautiful updated kitchen with granite countertops and high end appliances, including a washer/dryer in the unit. Small pets ok with owner's approval. Lots of storage in the attic and basement. Centrally located near the mall, downtown, and highways. Call to see.

What I love about the home

I love the open concept and granite countertops. Large livingroom area. We have an attic and a basement. We never flood in the basement either. We don't use crazy heat because we are on the 2nd floor and its sunny. Second floor is very quiet, sunny, and you get a nice breeze when the windows are open. Really low condo fees. Also, 2 parking spots.
