Not only is Destiny by the Sea one of only three truly gated, Gulf front neighborhoods in Destin, it is also the most popular. Among the 4 Gulf front homes currently on the market in Destiny by the Sea, completed in 2012, 4724 Ocean Boulevard is the newest. Unlike previously built homes on comparably sized lots in Destiny by the Sea, new rules were enacted just prior to this home being built that enabled it to reach a width of 30 feet. Its width exceeds those of previously built homes on 40-foot wide Gulf front lots that average in the low 20s. Its lot has been maximized to accommodate a private pool & even a Gulf front lawn. At the most attractive list price among the Gulf front homes currently on the market in Destiny by the Sea, with $680K separating it from the next lowest priced competitor, it goes toe-to-toe on features which also include two Gulf front master suites with private Gulf front balconies, a dedicated media room, a residential elevator with stops on all four floors, as well as an expansive rooftop terrace with summer kitchen.
