Plenty of storage space. RENT INCLUDES GAS AND WATER.
LOCATION: Close to all public transportation: Metro (Gallery Place/Chinatown metro - red, yellow and green lines), Bikeshare across the street, Circulator bus a block away, Zipcar nearby.
On the same block there is as a Safeway (with Starbucks), Vida gym, Ace hardware, dry cleaners, a bank as well as many restaurants (Bus Boys & Poets, Mandu, Taylor Gourmet and a Chipotle for good measure).
Unit has great views. Rooftop has a heated pool, year-round sauna and two grills, as well as a community lounge with a kitchen, side terrace with seating space and views of the monument and a library with free wifi. There is a resident maintained herb garden too, for the gastronomically inclined. Pet friendly.
24 hour front desk, a large lawn in the back.
